Andrew Graves, Director, COO has, for the last nine years, been heavily involved in the CRM software industry and in 1999 was instrumental in the launch of Arcidea, a CRM application provider for the mid-market. In 2003, he founded EM Technologies with Eli Harris. The vision of both partners was to create a relationship management application platform that could be applied to a variety of different business models in a global marketplace.
Eli Harris
Eli Harris has been a software developer / solutions architect for over 12 years. His skills include knowledge management, process innovation, workflow automation architecture, application flow, security architecture, and general systems architecture for small Intranet systems as well as large distributed WAN networks.
